I hear it's very difficult to file for bankruptcy rate at which abolish all of its debt. But what about the kind of bankruptcy in part to repay its debt? If you have this type of bankruptcy, which is definitely going to be accepted, even if you have a high income? How much do you pay your debt and in what timeframe? How much does it cost to file for bankrutpcy today? Do you have to pay a lawyer up front? Do you have a guarantee of counsel that will be accepted for filing bankruptcy? THANKS!

I am in a quandary. . . My wife left me and I can not pay my mortgage without his salary. He does not care if you default on the loan. I do not want to declare bankruptcy.
The house is built 2 years ago and is in perfect condition. He has been on the market for 2 months, but have not received any offers.
Do I have any alternatives to filing for bankruptcy?
