With the economy now many people are wondering what options they have. If you are even thinking about bankruptcy, you must educate yourself first and this is a great source for help. You can find bankruptcy is not going to give you the help you are seeking. For example, you will not be living in your home for free, even if you do file. While some may be able to use the book and the file on your own, you should be able to at least save time and money by adopting some of the tasks yourself. At least you see what was getting into. Although I never intend to take this path, this book is very informative and not bring the budget speech to the forefront of my thoughts. Rating: 4 / 5

- Only 16 states allow residents to the federal exemptions (including Michigan), so only some examples of exemptions miserable state, so if you live in one of 16 states that allow residents to non-federal exemptions expect much from this book - Book of instructions and forms are repeated again and again could have wiped out 100 pages, at least, if you just said the instructions on the forms - If you've read the forms, please read " Bankruptcy Basics "traveler on the Federal website and received few queries that you can skip this book Rating: 3 / 5

Another of the endless books on facing financial difficulties. Whether or not better than other books on the subject, I do not know. But it's useful. Rating: 3 / 5
