Know a good reputation, honest debt reduction / consolidation agencies non-profit as well?

Category : Credit Card Debt Reduction

Trying to get rid of credit card debt is out of control. I do not want to sell my personal information, but they are really honest and follow all laws, etc.

im using inheritance relief of debt, not appearing on your credit report as any type of relief, and the thing that impressed me should not be given any money from the monthly "payment" is put aside and deal with companies that cc after writing the check "payment" of money, also part of the negotiations that they do is the cc companies report to credit bureau as " fully paid / zero balance, "not" settled for less / or noncompliance with the balance "

Stay away from any consolidation of the "debt" that the company is committed to reducing its debt in half by the payment of the debt. . . . This is a deliberate tactic to risk losing all payments to creditors and force their accounts by default to attempt settlement. You pay a monthly fee for a debt consolidator. . . . entire fee goes towards building a settlement account and fees consolidators "fix" their accounts in the future. Companies credit card deliberately not paying for all default accounts or charge-off so they can deal with the settlements around 50%. If you are current on their accounts, this process will ruin your credit for sure. Debt settlement is like rolling the dice with your finances. . . You can never predict how you will respond to your creditors with the deliberate violation of their accounts. . . that could settle at 50%. . . or can serve a subpoena, the courts will. . . and if you win, you could be looking at wage garnishment.
Many people who register with the "debt consolidation" companies incorrectly assume that they have the power to force creditors to accept settlements. . . do not. Your creditors have the right to reject the settlement and take to court.

The only thing not real, the nonprofit companies are credit counseling services. . . . to negotiate lower interest rates and payments, but they do not negotiate settlements and debt reductions.

Why do you need a company to do this for you?
Just call them all and try to reduce your rates and payments, then make the minimum on all except the one with the lowest balance. Put that each additional penny until you pay it, then apply what they were paying that debt to the next lowest proportion, until it is paid.
First, reduce your expenses. Get rid of cable, cell phones, car payments, etc.
Start living on less than you earn.

The only profit is CCCS. They will talk with your creditors, get the reduced interest rate or dropped and get you on a plan that has eliminated its debt over a period of time.
Google CCCS and then your town, or a large city near where you live to find the local chapter.
